I've done this sort of thing before and I can tell you:
that's a _lot_ of work.

There is a pdf version of the paper at the ACM portal:

This is an image, though.  So, while it stays faithful to the
original, including some cut-and-paste tilting and the
distinctive Sharp APL font, it's not searchable except
by eyeball.
