The original paper in the proceedings too had 
errors and some very curious constructs in the 
APL code.  For example, in the "Inc Life Mat" 
function, the first line is
   Mat {is} Mat
and the long line assigning to Sum has
   .... ((1,r2-2),{rho}0) ...
I am pretty sure the comma before the {rho} should 
not be there.

I spent a lot of time putting the paper into the J 
Wiki because it is an important application paper 
in the transition from APL to J.

I also have thoughts about putting my APL87 paper
"Some Uses of { and }" into the Wiki, but the
amount of APL code in it makes me shudder.
