well, pjirc is trying to go out to port 6667 on irc.freenode.org (or
whatever IRC server) via _your_ machine.

when you try CGI::IRC, it is connecting to 6667 via _its_ machine.

So you cant really use CGI::IRC to connect to freenode or efnet. It
would have to be setup somewhere (like jsoftware.com or something).
