well, pjirc is trying to go out to port 6667 on irc.freenode.org (or whatever IRC server) via _your_ machine.
when you try CGI::IRC, it is connecting to 6667 via _its_ machine. So you cant really use CGI::IRC to connect to freenode or efnet. It would have to be setup somewhere (like jsoftware.com or something). On 4/16/07, Oleg Kobchenko <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
PJIRC goves the same connection errors. I was ablel to connect and chat in CGI::IRC, but it is demo mode.
