Thanks those are good suggestions.

I have added something on copula.

I will leave you to add a section on mixed definitions if you don't mind - not 
sure I've got that sussed.
I agree some info about the display options would be useful and am wondering 
whether that is actually worth linking to another new page about that to 
preserve the current focus & flow.
