Could you remove the gtk tree and install again by getgtkbin 1
and also copy the gtkrc file Is there any other gtk binary or gtkrc in your pc that might mix things up? Also if you switch between running J32 and J64, you may need to exit J session and then run again to let gtk enviroment variables to take effect.
