I think what you are asking is not necessarily for a description of
words (nouns/verbs/adverbs/conjunctions) available in the z-locale,
but words defined by default in the z-locale at startup. Even that is
not quite right because that depends on how J is started.
What you want to know is what scripts are loaded by default on startup
and how to find out about the words defined in them. The best way to
do this depends on the version of J you are using but the following
Jwiki page does a good job of outlining what is going on during
startup (J6) and that may help you too.
