Hey ! Nice to see you back, Keith !

Yeah, the weather is really strange nowadays. It seems more like Brunei weather now in Singapore -- when it rains, it's very very heavy, and when it's sunny, it's really hot. I remember having to wear a sweater to school in the mornings when I was much younger. Now, it can get really hot by 8am. We've been having some wet weather recently, which is a very nice change, because my AMD PC practically heats up the room!

Are you still running an ISP ?

Regards,
pascal chong

As we are relatively close to you our weather patterns have changed dramatically of late.
Last summer was suprisingly mild while this winter just gone was again mild, no day below
11C. On the other hand we are now into November and we are getting some rain and cooler than
normal temps; mostly below 27C, although we have had one or two days of over 30. The poor old
flora in Qld has been plauged with hot/cold days and has been blooming most of the year.

So generally we are cooler at the moment whilst you are experiencing hotter than the norm.

The so called hole in the ozone layer has got bigger recently, whilst the UV is not up that much. So
it begs the question of how bad this hole is and we do not have sufficient old data to compare really.

What it all boils down to is that we do not have sufficient info on long term weather globally and the effect
of sun storms, that have been very bad for the past few weks etc.
