Lonnie and I aren't saying Shrub caused or could have stopped the flooding. What we are saying is FEMA should have been set up to start the rescue 3 days before the storm hit. The school bus drivers some one commented that should have been transportiong the "poor people" out were probably trying to get their own families out.
