Trouble is that both parties do it, and the media tops them all... Capitalism is a great basis for those wanting to make money... but it has many downfalls. Salesmanship is one of them. Everyone wants to identify what we want and sell it to us (even if we ourselves don't realize we want it). The Bible calls it "tickling your ear". Rather intriguing way of putting it, but we are there. The media and political parties (by nature) tell us what they think we want to hear. If murder, death, and other scary stuff didn't sell well, they wouldn't report it. _______________________________________________ [email protected] Unsub/Pause/Etc : http://mail.linux-sxs.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/general
