A friend of mine once proposed that all of the Congress-people should be moved 
back to their home states where they would have to do their work remotely.  
Possibly meet for a week at a time once or twice a year.

This would allow them to a) spend more time with the people they serve, 
listening to local problems, and b) less time to rub elbows and make deals 
with their cronies.
 
Sounded like a good idea to me.  Maybe the time has come.

The government of this country is broke and broken.
