What kinds of meat are readily available in Scandanavia?  

The staples for BBQ here are   pork butt, pork or beef ribs,  beef brisket.

I'm defining BBQ here as slow smoked meats, not done over a gas grill.

But I also smoke regular hams (the fully cooked and already smoked kinds), BBQ 
baked beans, cheese,  fish, bacon   etc.
