Done, 128M /boot (just to be sure that the partition table was
changed), and I selected ext4 on the ~10Go partition.
Again I'm with mount point of a little less than 500M size.
We already discussed the SSH topic and it was supposed to be available
on AS. I think it hasn't been done yet.

I have now tried to replicate your problem, but to no avail. How much
memory have you assigned to your VBox?
