We will need to take a close look on this, most probably it is an error in the packages, also I have not seen this problem during my installs. Where are you located at? The geo-repo server redirected you to another mirror closer to your location. I am just trying to figure out your "real" mirror. This geo-repo should not be used anymore and I have fixed this for the next release already. Could you try a more specific mirror? > > > ++----------------------------- > ArchServer-20100222-x86_64.vdi > This is a quite old image, and it is in our repos just for historical purposes, so please do not report any problems with these anymore. But there was a solution for your problem as well, but I cannot remember it right now. > Seems this error may be udev related: > > ... > done. > Waiting 10 seconds for device > /dev/disk/by-uuid/7ecb1ed0-30df-41ab-935e-58e1071f61fb ... > Root device '/dev/disk/by-uuid/7ecb1ed0-30df-41ab-935e-58e1071f61fb' doesn't > exist.
