Well, ConfMan really was just the organised reading of properties
files and handing them off to the CM to do the rest, having some handy
naming conventions for the files and their structure. It is very handy
to use, but in building on it Alin got his Magic Hands dirty and the
whole thing exploded into PaxCoin, reusing e.g. PaxUrl for more config
options etc etc.
