So, Base it is. Mutual consensus. Looking further we have the master pom that include all the common stuff for pax projects. But the same "setup" is also in base and I would expect that a lot of it it will be duplicated in all non pax projects (e.g. gaderian?) as those projects do not have a pom to inherit from. This means that if we change something we have to change all of this projects that do not have a parent. So, I propose to create a new master ops4j pom that will be inherited for now by base and pax master and in the future by any ops4j projects, directly or indirectly.
