PaxRunner can only be executed one time -
org.ops4j.pax.scanner.ScannerException: Could not parse the provision file
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: PAXRUNNER-345
                 URL: http://issues.ops4j.org/browse/PAXRUNNER-345
             Project: Pax Runner
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: eclipse plugin
    Affects Versions: 1.3.0
         Environment: org.osgi.framework.language=de
org.osgi.framework.os.name=WindowsXP
org.osgi.framework.os.version=5.1.0
java.runtime.version=1.6.0_19-b04
osgi.framework.version=3.5.2.R35x_v20100126

            Reporter: Jan Peter Stotz
            Assignee: Alin Dreghiciu

After starting Eclipse I can execute a my PAX-Runner launch-config exactly one
time.
If I stop the OSGi instance executed by pax-runner and try to start it again I
get an error dialog box saying:
"org.ops4j.pax.scanner.ScannerException: Could not parse the provision file".
The launch config contains several bundles via Provisioning (Pax-Runner UI
page) and three bundles that are Eclipse projects.

Therefore the only way to use Pax-Runner in Eclipse is at the moment to
re-start Eclipse after each Pax-Runner execution - which is very very
time-consuming :(
