Jan Peter Stotz commented on PAXRUNNER-345:
-------------------------------------------

I just checked out and built the latest 1.5 SNAPSHOT from SVN and and found out
that this version is also affected.

The interesting point is that if I change the launch config to use local
bundle-jars instead of downloading them from the Internet the error happens on
every start.

BTW: Why does the Eclipse Pax Runner update site still only shows v1.3.0 when
there is a stable v1.4.0 out?

> PaxRunner can only be executed one time -
> org.ops4j.pax.scanner.ScannerException: Could not parse the provision file

> Components: eclipse plugin
> Affects Versions: 1.3.0
> Environment: org.osgi.framework.language=de
> org.osgi.framework.os.name=WindowsXP
> org.osgi.framework.os.version=5.1.0
> java.runtime.version=1.6.0_19-b04
> osgi.framework.version=3.5.2.R35x_v20100126

> After starting Eclipse I can execute a my PAX-Runner launch-config exactly
> one time.
> If I stop the OSGi instance executed by pax-runner and try to start it again
> I get an error dialog box saying:
> "org.ops4j.pax.scanner.ScannerException: Could not parse the provision file".
> The launch config contains several bundles via Provisioning (Pax-Runner UI
> page) and three bundles that are Eclipse projects.
> Therefore the only way to use Pax-Runner in Eclipse is at the moment to
> re-start Eclipse after each Pax-Runner execution - which is very very
> time-consuming :(
