The NUC has an Ethernet port and you can install a WiFi chip on it. So, yes, 
they can communicate over the Internet or over local WLAN. If you install a 
Bluetooth dongle over USB, you'll also be able to communicate over Bluetooth.

Note: software is not provided. You need to write the software that will make 
them communicate.
