I removed the <div> you mentioned and indeed it did start working.  I was
trying to piecemeal together ideas from the various Wiki pages and the
Presidents example exhibit and thought that I knew what that div was
responsible for.  Turns out I had the wrong idea.

Just a request, maybe someone with more knowledge than I can document what
that tag does a little bit better on the Wiki?  :)

Hi Chad,

I think your Google spreadsheet doesn't have a "type" column. In which
case, all of the data should be of the generic type "Item". So, could
you try to remove

   <div ex:role="collection" ex:itemTypes="Composer"></div>

from your code and see if that helps? That line would only work if you
do have a "type" column with some cells filled in as "Composer".
