Luckily we have a rule for that - if someone believes a -1 is not valid,
all we need is a second commiter 'confirming' the -1 and its reasons.
So: I believe Scott's -1 is valid, and your claims that it's invalid are
not.
I think on Apache "standards" should mean something.
