Hm, this looks bizarre.

Can you please specify what

 a) is the IP number of your Amiga
 b) is the IP number of the PC
 c) is any of the two supposed to connect to the Internet and
 provide gatewaying to the other machine?

Then we can try to come up with some configuration suggestions.
