Is this group still active? There doesn't seem to be much traffic.
I have just found out what db/hosts is for. It's the most amazingly
convenient feature of Genesis, and I am surprised it doesn't get more
mention. I've redirected a couple of dozen banner servers to 127.0.0.1
and now I hardly get any appearing on websites. I've also put mail
servers, news server, websites and all sorts in it which greatly
speeds things up. It's almost like having my own DNS server.
Anyone want more details?
