Hello,

There are a few things to check:

1) For your Mirror, be certain that the last data update was when the browser
code was updated (v209). We recently updated the mySQL database from v4 to v5,
which may be the source of the problem if the data was updated but not the
browser source code tree.

2) Check to see if the current cgi-bin hierarchy solves the problem (signaling
a need to update to v15)
https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/pipermail/genome-mirror/2009-September/001416.html

Start by making a copy of the cgi-bin from hgdownload:

$ rsync -avzP rsync://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/ ./cgi-bin/

The counts are 382 file and 78 directories. After making a copy, move over your
hg.conf file and see if the problem is persistent.

We had trouble with your attachments. If you want to send the contents pasted
into an email with a quick description, it would be find to email that to me
directly.

Thanks,
Jennifer
