Hi Hiram, A few tables, like 'knownGene', 'kgProtAlias' and 'cgapAlias' are updated by download these tables of Mysql version 5 for hg18. but still encounter error 'Can't find anything in genome.ra' when click the track 'UCSC Genes'. What else table need to be updated?
Same error also appears in the track 'Known Genes' for hg17, 'Known Genes' for mm9. Depending on Jennifer's email, I update cgi-bin but it does not work.
