Hi Hiram and Jennifer, The problems are solved already.
I compared our current cgi-bin hierarchy with new one, to find some files missing in 'hgGeneData', these files are copied over our side. The track 'UCSC Genes' is looking good now. Thanks a lot for your support. I alread checked our cgi-bin hierarchy, there are 10 genome.ra in our directories cgi-bin/hgGeneData/ and cgi-bin/hgNearData/ respectivly. Only the track 'UCSC Genes' appears errors, other tracks are ok. Please look at email to you on 24 Sep. It is in your cgi-bin hierarchy. Compare your cgi-bin set of files with those from our download site. --Hiram WANG Wuqi wrote: > Hi Hiram, > > A few tables, like 'knownGene', 'kgProtAlias' and 'cgapAlias' are > updated by download these tables of Mysql version 5 for hg18. but > still encounter error 'Can't find anything in genome.ra' when click > the track 'UCSC Genes'.
