Dear Madam/Sir, I would like to BLAT a whole probe set (about 44,000 probes, Agilent) to map it to the human genome and get the chromosomal coordinates and corresponding genes. However, the UCSC browser allows uploading only 25 sequences at a time. Is there a way to upload 44000 sequences?
