I installed BLAT on a local server and successfully mapped Agilent's 1M array

>Dear Madam/Sir,
>I would like to BLAT a whole probe set (about 44,000 probes, Agilent) to map
>it
to the human genome and get the chromosomal coordinates and corresponding genes.
>However, the UCSC browser allows uploading only 25 sequences at a time. Is
there a way to upload 44000 sequences?
>
>I would really appreciate you help.
