To whom it may concern, I am a phd student in the statistics department of uw-madison. I have a problem about the human_hg18 gene list. I need to use human_hg18 gene list, including information of chromosome ,TSS, TES, OMIM, Chromosomal.Location, gene symbol, gene title transcript ID (you could see the detail in the attachment, I need to have all the gene annotation to generate my table ). However, I do not know how to generate such gene list, I could just generate gene table including some of those information, and I could not find any tables including chromosome location and gene title information. Could you tell me how I can get such kind of gene list? Thanks so much.
