Dear Xin, The easiest ways to access the omimGeneMap data is either to go through the Table Browser (select the Omim Genes track under Phenotype and Variation, and omimGeneMap is one of the tables accessible from the pull-down menu under Tables), or via the Downloads page.
For the chromosomal location, it sounds like you're looking for something other than the chromosomal coordinates.
