Hi Yongsheng, Our downloads page contains the genomic sequence for every assembly on our browser: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html. The bigZips folder for the most recent zebrafish assembly (http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/danRer6/bigZips/ ) has the genomic sequence as both a .2bit and .fa file.
