Hi - I want to convert Human Hg17 coordinates to Hg18 on my local machine, but I can only find
hg18ToHg17.over.chain.gz in the directory: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/liftOver/ Can this file be used to go either way? If so, can you tell me what parameters to Liftover are needed, or if there is better documentation than what I get from running liftover without command line arguments?
