Hello Cosmas,

For hg17 (May 2004)

The affy exon array track was temporarily gone, but it is back now.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

For hg18 (March 2006)

You can view the affy exon array track and a (duke) dnase
hypersensitivity track as well. This track is under the "Pilot Encode
Chromatin Structure" group, in case you hadn't found it. I created a
session for you:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?hgS_doOtherUser=submit&hgS_otherUserName=Kayla&hgS_otherUserSessionName=hg18%2Dkayla%2Dfor_Cosmas

I hope this is what you were looking for. Please feel free to contact
us again if you require further assistance.
