Hello,
I am wondering about an apparent discrepancy with the Repeatmasker
track in the human genome browser. I have downloaded this track and
when I look at chromosome 1 there are repeats out to 249Mb. The
problem is, I am unable to find a chromosome 1 build that is this
long. The longest one I can find is 247Mb. Where is the extra 2Mb
coming from? What build is this track made off of?
