Hi, Short Match is an extremely useful tool. But I cannot find a way to save the data once I enter a sequence to match, because the Short Match track is not available in the Table Browser. I type in a sequence, e.g. 'AGCTTAG', the browser shows me all the hits, but I cannot save it! The usefulness of Short Match is nearly completely negated by its lack of availability in the Table Browser.
Any thoughts?
