We have the latest freeze from Baylor already: BCM 4.0.

There is a 4.2 release which is not a freeze
and has only minor improvements.

There is also another competing assembly from
University of Maryland (UMD2) which uses
a different process and claims slightly better coverage.

The recent papers in Science and elsewere
which were just released at the end
of the cow sequencing project are all about 4.0.
The gene models were generated on 3.1.
None of the papers even mention 4.2 at all.

No new cow dna sequences have been generated since BCM 3.1.
