Dear list members, i do have did some homework before i post a question here i found the readme file under the src directory seems a little old and not same with pages on the genomewiki site. i have spend some time on reading them,but i still have no clear steps to do that all i wanna to do is to set a Genome Browser for display locations and expression values of probes of a microarray can anyone suggest an order to read some other material?
