Hi Hiram, In Genome browser(http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks), we can see data of 'Vega Genes'at 'chr3:1-151,383,976' in group 'Genes and Gene Prediction Tracks'.
But in our Genome browser mirror side, same situation as above, we see "[No data-chr3]". After the table 'vegaGene' and 'vegaPseudoGene', we can not see data yet. Please look at attachment Thanks & Regards Wuqi
