Hi Nicholas, if you have ensembl ids and you want the orthologs in other species, the simplest way is certainly biomart's martview on www.biomart.org.
Select ensembl genes, create a filter with your IDs (paste your IDs), select attributes / orthologs and select the species your interested in. You can also download their coding sequences in fasta format. cheers Max On Tue, Sep 28, 2010 at 8:29 PM, Nicholas Price <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi > > I was wandering if there was a way to download the Orthologous nucleotide > coding sequences between Chimp, Human, and Mouse and there corresponding > Ensembl Ids > > > Nicholas > > -- > The oppressed become the oppressors Paulo Freire (1921-1997) > _______________________________________________ > Genome maillist - [email protected] > https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome > _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
