Hi, I noticed that sometimes some genes found on NCBI are missing on the UCSC gene list. For example I noticed that the splice form of gene SNRPN NM_003097.3, NP_003088 is not part of the UCSC gene list in the kgSpAlias.txt. Is there a particular reason for some missing genes or is this a mistake? Thanks a lot for your help, Stefanie
