Dear all, I'm having some trouble compiling wigToBigwig for 64 bit on Mac OS X. I follow the instructions in the Kent Source installation instructions, including setting MACHTYPE to x86_64. The compiled binary is correctly output to ~/user/bin/x86_64/wigToBigwig, but upon running this on a mm9 full phastcon wiggle file (requiring about 20GB of mem), an out of memory error at 4GB and no indication of wigToBigwig running as a 64 bit executable suggests that something is wrong..
