Currently I am having a problem retrieving the gbdb/hg19/ files. I have
download about 90% of the files, but since last Friday, the rsync has failed
while trying to retrieve the multiz46way/maf/chr1.maf file. Below is the error
result:

I have tried multiple times with the same result. Do you have any suggestions.
I have used rsync to retrieve all the other files I need for the mirror
without any problems. I noticed that when I ran rsync on Monday, that
additional hg19/patch files were present. Will I have a problem if the
database files I previously downloaded are older than the gbdb/ files I am
currently trying to download? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
