The transcription and histone mark displays use a transparent overlay
method of displaying data from a number of cell lines in a single track. The
picture is great in genome browser! In genome browser, the tracks could be
display in transparent Overlay method, But when download the picture from
PDF/PS link, the picture of the tracks display as solid Overlay method. How
Could I obtain PDF files of the picture in Transparent overlay mehtod? Thanks
