Dear Expert, I am trying to find about the promotor of DUSP1 gene(human) and I encounter some discrepancy between the UCSC genome browser and Genomatix program. I have to say I am not an expert but based on your program DUSP1 has two promotor one at 5' and one 3'. But based on the Genomatix program DUSP1 has 5 promotors! Is that possible? Can some one give some insight into this? Thanks,
