In the above example the gene NM_005649 is located on the negative strand and
so why is the transcriptional start site listed as "178138521" should it not
be "178157703" ? Since this gene is located on the -ve strand and thus
transcription should occur in the 5 --> 3 direction on the negative strand,
therefore should transcription start at "178157703"
Or is there something I am missing?
