Hi,

I got some progress from my side by the help from some other guy..
The real problem is that the gff file is not properly loaded into mysql
database..
All introns are missing after the upload....

The program I used to upload the sequence is:
ldHgGene  <database>  < table>  <gff file>

 http://genome.ucsc.edu do have  what I mean "fishbone" in dense track..
sorry about the description which made more work...

Here is two attachment of pictures..
One is what I mean "fishbone" and the other is the mirror genome browser I
set up..
