Greetings, We maintain the Bovine Genome Database at Georgetown University. We would like to request the creation of a liftOver over chain file for mapping features from Baylor 4.2 to UMD 3.1.
We checked here: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/bosTau5/liftOver/ but could not find such a file (only one for mapping Baylor 4.2 to Baylor 4.0).
