Dear UCSC team, There is some problem with UCSC genome browser, tracks are not getting uploaded in UCSC genome browser. It displays the following error:
Error File 'filename.BED' - Couldn't connect to database customTrash on hgcustom as custom. Can't connect to MySQL server on 'hgcustom' (113) I checked with other tracks from other systems as well, but same error pop's up.
