Hi, I received a list of the genes which are from "hg18 genome" data. I tried to convert those genes to the new IDs by using an "Old UCSC Genes" track from table "kg3ToKg4" and "kg5Tokg6". I still have a problem that some of the genes are still missing in the "hg19 genome" data. Is there another table with changed IDs? I also couldn't find "kg4ToKg5" table? Thank you for your help!
