How do I find the exact start and the stop of the exon or intron from the base
position. For example: Chr2:50,909,653-50,959,228 tells me this is an intron 5
of the NRXN1 gene by putting the mouse over the exon triangles. But this is not
exact, it just gives to approximate idea. How do I accurately find out the base
position of the intron/exon boundary (start/stop). Would appreciate your
response.
Thanks
