I managed to bootstrap on SUSE 10 this morning, using a script that follows the
prefix-on-Linux webpage to the letter. It may be that
<http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=215304> stopped you before, but hopefully
this problem is solved now.
